1. Fire TCO not approved.
2. Need to complete the pending items noted under the fire alarm permit.
3. The Sprinklers is partially approved pending revisions and minor items.
4. The access control permit has no inspections yet. Pending.
5. Cannot have greater than a 1/2 inch elevation change at the door threshold. This was found at the ground level of Stairwell 4. Slope it out.
6. All the stairwell signage states NO ROOF ACCESS. This is incorrect. Both stairwells has Roof Access. Remove the NO from the signs on all floors.
7. Seal around the vertical piping penetration with Fire Caulking found inside the FACP room.
8. Provide signage FACP INSIDE at the Door.
9. Provide signage STORAGE ROOM at the door, directly across from the FACP room.
10. Seal around the piping penetrations running through the Storage room. Ground level.
11. The top handrails at the pedestrian ramp needs to return to the wall, floor or itself.
12. Install signage ELEVATOR LOBBY, at the top level.
13. Per NFPA 10, The spacing requirements in parking garages require a maximum travel distance of 30 ft to reach an extinguisher unless the extinguishers are rated a minimum of 40 BC and the travel distance is a minimum of 50 ft. The current Fire extinguishers installed on site are 3A:40B:C, therefore need to provide additional fire extinguishers every 50 feet apart to provide the minimum coverage.
14. Ensure when the security cameras are installed, that only one penetration is going through the stairwells. Per Miami-Dade Fire Policy, we only allow one penetration inside the stairwells for security cameras.
15. All previous pending items from the prior reports was verified and has been completed.
