ONCE AGAIN WALKED WITH OWNERSHIP AND VP OF OPERATIONS FOR COASTAL CONSTRUCTION GROUP JOHN NEWSOME. THIS WALK THROUGH WAS FOR BUILDING 2 CORES 1 AND 2.

THE OWNERSHIP GROUP STATED THAT THEY WERE READY FOR THE TCO.

AS WE STARTED TO WALK THE BUILDING FROM THE 12TH FLOOR. FLOORS 12,11,10,9 AND 8 FOR BOTH CORES WERE NOT READY.

CORE 1 FLOORS 7-3 - OKAY

HOWEVER, IN CORE 2 ON FLOORS 3 AND 4 THEY HAVE CONVERTED THE CONDO TO A HOTEL/CONDO AND ARE STILL IN THE CONSTRUCTION STAGES.

THEY FINISH BOTH THE 3RD AND 4TH FLOORS FOR CORE 2 WHICH CONNECTS TO CORE 3 THEN I TOLD THE OWNERSHIP GROUP WE WOULD ENTERTANE THE IDEA OF A TCO, BUT UNTIL THAT TIME THEY NEEDED TO FINISH THE UNITS AS PREVIOUS DISCUSSED

device.
